This is to announce our "extended" kinship for those of the Umbran Empire led by Matriarch Ceinwyn ab'Arawn.
For the time being, All of those living in AND supporting Umbra are welcome in DarkCove and free to travel within our borders without penalty or travel tax. (Taxed goods still apply).
Wanted criminals of Umbra will likewise be wanted criminals in our domain &, if caught by us, will be given immediatly to Umbra.
Special Case: Though we recognize no like kinship with The Zog Cabal, there will be times in which family members of Umbrans from The Zog may be with them. In this case, those members of the Zog will be treated as an Umbran, and as our guests.
Lone members of The Zog, without Umbran presence, will be treated as any traveler, though non-hostile for the time being.
